Featured Piece - June 2008
These piece is a recent piece from my Bones of the Tree series. All of the "flesh" has been removed except for two diagonal bands and some flesh at the base. This piece has a "window" on each end that allows the viewer to look completely through the piece from either side. For more about my sandcarved pieces you can go here.
This piece was part of the AAW Professional Outreach Program exhibit Spheres at the Richmond, VA symposium; it sold for $2400.
